PRACTICE

Miss Curry has experience in all areas of family law. Miss Curry represents parties in Divorce and Ancillary Relief proceedings. Miss Curry is keen to expand this area of her practice.

In addition, Miss Curry represents parties in Family Law Act 1996 and private law Children Act 1989 proceedings. Miss Curry is also regularly instructed in disclosure and public interest immunity applications in both the family and criminal courts.
