BACKGROUND
Richard was admitted as a solicitor in 1992. He joined Pannone as an articled clerk in 1990 and remained with the fi rm until 2009, becoming a partner in 1996. Whilst at Pannone he specialised in Chancery and Commercial litigation. He was identifi ed by Chambers as a “leader in the field” of Property litigation, and described by them as being an “active, quality litigator”.


He was accredited as a mediator by CEDR in 2008. He is available to act as a mediator and his terms are available on request.

AREAS OF PRACTICE
Chancery and Commercial litigation, particularly:

Landlord and Tenant
Business disrepair, possession claims, forfeiture and Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 applications.

Richard has an interest in building on his expertise in this area to include residential disrepair, possession and “nuisance neighbour” cases for private and Local Authority clients.
