Mediation is a wholly consensual process which aims to help the parties – whether or not the courts are involved - to find their own solution to the issues in dispute.

We provide a high quality, professional mediation service through our team of experienced mediators.

Our Facilities
We are able to provide disabled access and have seven mediation rooms and a large room suitable for round table meeting that can sit twenty people. Food and refreshments are arranged as necessary and coffee and tea are always available in our pleasant modern conference rooms. There will be no extra charge for room hire which is incorporated into the mediation fee.

Fees
We have flexible fee structures, which depends upon the seniority of the mediator and the length of the booked mediation. In addition to hosting mediations in chambers, our mediators are also available to attend mediations at alternative venues if required.
