Inquiry Form

Public Access allows you to have direct contact with your barrister, who will be able to provide clear, concise legal advice. In respect of the costs involved, instructing a barrister directly will often be more cost effective than having to instruct a solicitor and barrister. Barristers’ commercial hourly rates are normally more favourable when compared to the hourly rates charged by solicitors. Not all barristers accept public access work. In order to find a barrister qualified to undertake public access work, please see our Public Access Directory below.

Please complete the Public Access Inquiry Form and email it to empcom@9sjs.com and a clerk will contact you within the next 24 hours or please dial 0161 955 9000 to speak to a member of the clerking team.
