Matthew Snarr secures a damages agreement of £2,650,000.00 settlement sum for a man who suffered a transtibial amputation

At a joint settlement meeting in January 2025, Matthew Snarr acted on behalf of a client who suffered a transtibial amputation in a workplace accident. The Defendant alleged contributory negligence and argued for a significant reduction in life expectancy.

This settlement sum will now enable the client to purchase of a single storey property and ensure that he has all the relevant care he requires throughout his life.

Matthew was instructed at the outset of proceedings by Richard Biggs and Lorna Benson at Irwin Mitchell Solicitors (Manchester).
