The appointment is for 3 years, from 1 January 2025. The Tribunal determines various types of employment disputes, such as unfair dismissal, wage claims, breach of contract, redundancy issues, and disputes over working conditions, and cases involving discrimination based on race, gender, disability, religion, sexual orientation, and other protected characteristics.
As a Chair, Amy will preside over hearings and be responsible for drafting the written judgment containing the Tribunal’s decision.
