The Onclin Conference

Each year, the historical university of Leuven holds a conference (The Onclin Conference) attended by international academics with specialisms in Law, Canon Law, and Law and Religion. This year, the University has chosen to use the Conference as the platform for Ed Morgan's book: "Fathers and Brothers- The Legitimate Expectation of Incardinated Clerics in the light of canon 384 of the Code of Canon Law" (Peeters, Leuven, 2018).

The book examines this important questions raised concerning the regulatory relationship between priests and their bishops and makes a number of proposals for the future management of disciplinary investigations and related procedures.
