The Special Educational Needs Tribunal Team Expands!

Chambers continues to expand its Special Educational Needs (SEN) Tribunal team.

Led by Martin Mensah and assisted by Deputy Lee Bronze, the SEN Tribunal team has built on the longstanding expertise of its existing members with the introduction of Assunta Del Priore, Amy Smith, Laura Kaye, Kate Pye-Jones, Joanne Oakes, and Elliott Stenson.

Clients can be serviced by members across all levels of Call, with our team bringing a breadth of experience across Chambers. The team are accepting instructions nationally in Education Law and SEN Appeals, including appeals to the Upper Tribunals.

On Thursday the 30th January 2025, seven defendants were sentenced for their roles in repeated efforts to kidnap, rob and falsely imprison a vulnerable victim for significant volumes of crypto-currency. As well as being tied up and burned, the victim was threatened with a prohibited firearm.
