Zoë Thompson accepts position of new head of the 9SJS Travel and International Personal Injury Team

The Court of Appeal's eagerly anticipated decision on the scope of CPR 7.3 has been handed down.

Last week Robert Smith, instructed by the CPS POCA unit, concluded a long running confiscation case, in which the defendant was found to have benefitted from his criminal conduct in the sum of £8 million and was ordered to pay £3.4 million within the next 3 months.
