9 St John Street Chambers support Wood Street Mission Christmas Appeal 2022

Chambers are delighted to once again support the Wood Street Mission Christmas Appeal. The Members of Chambers and Staff helped raise over £900 to purchase the children's gifts for families in Greater Manchester who are less fortunate. A special thank you to Lucky Kaur who organised and purchased the majority of the presents.

Lucky Kaur, who is the Charity relationship contact in Chambers said:

"With the generous donations of members and staff at 9 St John Street we have managed to purchase a great selection of Christmas treats to be donated to the Wood Street Mission, which I hope will give so many children the excitement they deserve on Christmas Day, as well as for their parents and carers a little less worry and the knowledge that someone cares enough to help at a really difficult time.

Last year thanks to its supporters, Wood Street was able to help just over 4,000 children with gifts and treats to open on Christmas Day. Hopefully this year, with your help, I hope they can reach even more. Thank you for your generosity and kindness."
