9 St John Street Chambers would like to offer teaching staff the opportunity to participate in an interactive training session on the practicalities of SEND Tribunals.
Rebecca Eeley and Louise Quigley will share their expertise of EHCP appeals, talk tactics, preparation and help witnesses feel better prepared and confident about participating in hearings.
Topics will include:
- How to prepare a witness statement
- What happens at a hearing
- What type of questions will I be asked
- How best to prepare to answer questions
The aim is to provide practical assistance to empower witnesses and remove doubt about the Tribunal process. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and explore topics that you would like to discuss.
The session will take place by Zoom on Monday 13 July at 4pm. A link to join the webinar will be circulated 24 hours in advance.
