9SJS Beating COVID19 - well for 28 minutes at least...

Who would have thought that being allowed out for half an hour a day would have become so precious?

It may be one of the unforeseen consequences of the Covid 19 crisis, but that daily opportunity to get some fresh air, go for a run if you’re into that sort of thing or simply have some time on your own, has for a lot of us become the day’s focus.

So we thought when taking our daily exercise last Saturday we’d to share it with you. The idea was to walk, or run or jog for 28 minutes (9 SJS + Covid 19) and talk about how we’re getting on with life in lockdown. We’ve uploaded the result to our Youtube Channel. We hope you enjoy it.

I recently acted for the Respondent in the case of Rayner v MOD in the Bristol Employment Tribunal (03 October 2024). The case was unusual for two reasons. Firstly, the Claimant lacked capacity and a Litigation Friend was appointed in accordance with the guidance in Jhuti v Royal Mail Group Limited (Practice & Procedure) (2017) UKEAT 0062/17.
