Court of Appeal considers validity of notices to complete

In a case that will be of interest to conveyancers and property litigators, David Gilchrist represented the respondent to an appeal which considered whether a dispute about price under a contract for the sale of land affected the validity of notices to complete served by the appellant vendor.
