Sarah Kilvington acted as a leading junior, leading Emily Landale for a local authority in a case which involved very serious multiple fractures to an immobile child, in which all other parties were represented by silk and senior juniors.

Emma Clarke represented CH, a Corporal in the British Army, who pleaded guilty to strangulation and assault following an attack on two men in a nightclub, one of whom was left unconscious.

This case involved examination of the law under s.139 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 and s.25 of the Theft Act 1968.
