Reduced VHCC rates

It has come to our attention that the Legal Aid Agency has circulated a list of Barristers that they say are willing to undertake VHCC cases at the new reduced rates. Gary Woodhall’s name appears on this list. At no point has Mr Woodhall or 9 St John Street given authority for his name to be circulated for this purpose. To confirm our stance, all those who undertake VHCC cases at 9 St John Street are not prepared to accept any VHCC work under the new reduced rates.
