Robert Lassey succeeds in Employment Tribunal on CBD issue

In the case of Clarke v BAE Systems Marine Limited [2020] UKET 2410629/2019, Robert Lassey was successful in getting all the claims dismissed.

The case involved the taking of legal CBD oil by an employee.
