Three Nominations for Chambers Legal 500 Bar Awards

We are delighted to announce that 9 St John Street Chambers has been shortlisted in three categories for the Legal 500 Bar Awards 2024. The specialist Employment Team have been shortlisted for Employment Set of the Year, Nigel Grundy has been shortlisted for Employment Junior of the Year, and Kalsoom Maqsood has again been shortlisted for Family Law Junior of the Year.

Nigel has long been recognised as a leading employment specialist, and his nomination is well deserved. For Kalsoom, this is her second consecutive nomination and further cements her reputation as a leading practitioner.

We congratulate both nominees and are looking forward to the ceremony on 25 September 2024.

New rule update: Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, SI 2024/1155

From 6th January 2025 the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, SI 2024/1155 will come into effect. This replaces the rules of procedure already contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) regulations 2013.
