The Rugby Football Union has appointed Tom Gilbart to hear disciplinary cases as from the start of the 2019/2020 Rugby Union Season.
Tom is a keen rugby fan and is also a junior rugby coach.
This appointment compliments Tom's work in regulation and professional discipline.
