Christine Riley is Head of the Family Team and has practiced exclusively at the Family Bar for many years. She practices mainly on the Northern Circuit in the High Court and other Family Courts.
Christine Riley represents parents with learning difficulties and mental health difficulties, including work for the Official Solicitor. She also has considerable experience of working with intermediaries, of children giving oral evidence and of representing parents from different cultures.
Christine Riley has extensive experience in childcare work, acting regularly for guardians and parents in cases including serious non-accidental injury, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation and emotional abuse and neglect.
