PROFILE
Emily is completing pupillage specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence under the supervision of Chris Taft and Elizabeth Murray.
Before commencing pupillage, Emily was a paralegal who processed fast-track personal injury claims, and regularly appeared as a solicitors’ agent in the County Court for infant approval hearings, directions hearings for Plevin claims including resisting an application to strike out, and small claims trials, including credit hire and LVI.
Emily previously volunteered with the Greater Manchester Law Centre to represent clients’ appeals in the First-Tier Tribunal, securing significant welfare benefits for vulnerable members of society.
