HClaims against professionals, including surveyors, valuers and solicitors.
- Housing
Disrepair claims, injunctions, possession proceedings, applications for Anti-Social Behaviour Orders and “nuisance neighbour” cases, both private and Local Authority work.
- Contract
Consumer credit and supply of goods and services.
- Insolvency
In proceedings and applications under the Insolvency Act 1986 and in the context of commercial disputes in general.
- Administration of estates
Wills and their construction, contentious probate and applications under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act.
- Mortgages and banking
Including enforcement of mortgages and securities, limitation of actions, undue infl uence.
- Property disputes
Adverse possession, easements and rights of way, boundary disputes, restrictive covenants, co-ownership including proprietary estoppel and constructive trust, nuisance, property damage.
- Revenue and Customs
Acts on behalf of HM Revenue and Customs in the VAT and Duties Appeals Tribunals, and in relation to detention and forfeiture proceedings.
- Insurance
Including fraudulent claims, non-disclosure, misrepresentation and recovery claims on behalf of insurers.
