Including enforcement of mortgages and securities, limitation of actions, undue infl uence. - Property disputes
Adverse possession, easements and rights of way, boundary disputes, restrictive covenants, co-ownership including proprietary estoppel and constructive trust, nuisance, property damage. - Revenue and Customs
Acts on behalf of HM Revenue and Customs in the VAT and Duties Appeals Tribunals, and in relation to detention and forfeiture proceedings. - Insurance
