Ian practises exclusively on behalf of claimants in the field of personal injury and associated inquests.
He has acted on behalf of claimants in courts up to the Supreme Court, in respect of injuries and fatalities arising out of road traffic accidents, accidents at work and other negligent acts.
His practice includes life-changing injuries including catastrophic brain injuries, psychiatric injuries, the most serious orthopaedic and internal injuries and amputation.
He has particular expertise in road traffic accident cases involving injuries to children and liability issues.
