Prior to joining 9SJS Jolene had worked in Employment litigation for three years assisting with the preparation of cases from inception at ACAS Early conciliation to remedy where appropriate. On occasion Jolene has also conducted grievance and disciplinary hearings.
Jolene accepts instructions for both representation and drafting in all areas of Employment Law. Her clients have included Claimants, Trade Unions, National Health Providers and family run businesses.
Civil
Jolene represents predominately Claimant's in County Court litigation for matters relating claims under the Equality Act 2010.
Jolene is currently expanding her practise into regulatory work focusing specifically on police misconduct.
