Jolene is an Employment pupil under the supervision of Katie Nowell and Lee Bronze. Jolene is accepting instructions from 5th March 2024.
Prior to joining 9SJS, Jolene gained three years’ experience in employment litigation. Her experience includes representation in cases related to unpaid wages, unfair dismissal and discrimination. Jolene would assist with the preparation of the case from early conciliation with ACAS through to trial.
Jolene has also represented clients in preliminary hearings covering Tribunal jurisdiction and attended Judicial Mediations. She also acted as the Disciplinary Hearing or Grievance Officer for her clients.
Over the course of her first six, Jolene has observed work in multiple practice areas including Employment; General Medical Council; Special Education Needs and Disability; and Road Traffic Accidents claims.
