Profile

Natasha is a pupil in the Employment Team under the supervision of Louise Quigley and Martin Mensah. Having commenced her Second Six, she is now accepting instructions in all employment law matters.

Before coming to the Bar, Natasha held senior leadership posts within schools and worked as a Specialist Leader of Education, working in a school improvement capacity. Natasha started volunteering with legal charities to support the parents at her former school, assisting them with their appeals and, consequently, won scholarships to study for the GDL and BPTC. Natasha has volunteered as a Tribunal Advocate in SEND Tribunals, and she has worked as an education law and discrimination law paralegal at a large children’s charity. She recently volunteered as a caseworker on employment law cases for Advocate. Natasha is a trustee of a national anti-poverty charity, where she has been able to assist with equality and diversity.
