ILS talk on Occupational Health and Disability

4th February, 2019

Last Tuesday evening the members of ILS were honoured to receive a talk from Professor Diana Kloss MBE, Hon FFOM. Hosted at 9SJS the talk included various tricky aspects of the law relating to occupational health and disability.

Important points to note stemmed from the idea that occupational health is not just an adjunct of HR. Professor Kloss explained the key questions that needed to be answered by occupational health reports. She also covered the topical GDPR and how these Rules did not displace the common law duties of confidentiality.

We look forward too seeing you at the next event at 9SJS.
