Catherine Cundy appointed as Area Coroner for North Yorkshire and York

Chambers are delighted to announce that Catherine Cundy has been appointed as Area Coroner for North Yorkshire and York. Catherine joined Chambers in 2011 and has served on the Management Committee for the majority of that time.

She will take up her position on the 1st August 2022 on a full time basis and will be missed by her colleagues.

New rule update: Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, SI 2024/1155

From 6th January 2025 the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, SI 2024/1155 will come into effect. This replaces the rules of procedure already contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) regulations 2013.
