Catherine Cundy prosecutes Doctor who is struck off for wrongly treating cancer patients on ultrasound machine he co-owned

Doctor Paul Miller is struck off for wrongly treating cancer patients on ultrasound machine he co-owned without telling them he had financial interest in the device.

The tribunal ruled he did not declare his financial interest in the Hifu device he co-owned.

Mr Miller found to have referred patients for Hifu over more suited treatments.

This was a 'serious breach of good medical practice'.
