Robert Smith instructed in multi-million pound confiscation proceedings

Last week Robert Smith, instructed by the CPS POCA unit, concluded a long running confiscation case, in which the defendant was found to have benefitted from his criminal conduct in the sum of £8 million and was ordered to pay £3.4 million within the next 3 months.
