David Calvert obtains Fundamental Dishonesty ruling on behalf of Jet 2 against a Claimant who brought a claim for travel sickness.

Liam Royle was ordered to pay over £6,000 costs when found not be ill while on holiday in Cyprus. The case was covered extensively by the local and national press. David was instructed by Simon Hammond from BLM solicitors.
