Deputy District Judge Appointments

Chambers are pleased to announce that the Lord Chief Justice has appointed Laura D'Cruz, Assunta Del Priore and Boyd Morwood as a Deputy District Judges. Laura will be sitting on the North Eastern Circuit whilst Assunta and Boyd will be sitting on the Northern Circuit

All three members will sit for approximately three weeks of the year in addition to their full time practice at the Bar.

In S & C v S the Claimants advanced claims for personal injury and loss following a road traffic accident in 2017. The Defendant admitted breach of duty but contended that the impact was so minor that injury could not have been suffered ('LVI').
