Dr John Sorabji is instructed as the Legal Adviser to the Independent Human Rights Act Review

The Court of Appeal's eagerly anticipated decision on the scope of CPR 7.3 has been handed down.

Last week Robert Smith, instructed by the CPS POCA unit, concluded a long running confiscation case, in which the defendant was found to have benefitted from his criminal conduct in the sum of £8 million and was ordered to pay £3.4 million within the next 3 months.
