Ed Morgan Awarded Double Doctorate

On 26 October 2016, Ed Morgan was awarded a double doctorate (PhD/JCD) at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. His thesis concerned the potential accommodation of the public law doctrine of legitimate expectation within regulatory relationships regulated by Canon Law with particular emphasis upon the right to a fair trial.
