Louise Brandon has been appointed by the BPP University of Professional Studies as a Tutor on their Bar Professional Training Course.
From September 2013 she will be teaching at the University whilst continuing to practice part time from 9 St John Street Chambers, specialising in Criminal Law, Judicial Review and Health and Safety cases.
This recent Supreme Court case determined the issue of how holiday pay should be calculated for a worker who works variable hours for only part of the year, but whose contract covers them for the whole year.
