Nicholas Clarke KC appointed to the Circuit Bench

Chambers are delighted to announce that The King has appointed Nicholas Clarke to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Northern Circuit, based at Bolton Crown Court with effect from January 23rd, 2023.

Nicholas Clarke will be known as His Honour Judge Nicholas Clarke KC.
