Philip Barnes Appointed Recorder

Philip Barnes was sworn-in as a Recorder earlier today, in a ceremony at Manchester Civil Justice Centre. Philip will sit in the Family Division.

Philip is pictured below with The Honourable Mr Justice Turner, who presided over today's ceremony.
