Robert Smith represents defendant charged with Manslaughter, sentenced to 1 year and 10 months imprisonment

Robert Smith represented the defendant, a man of previous good character, who pleaded guilty to an offence of unlawful act manslaughter involving an incident in Blackpool in February 2023.

Following a carefully drafted mitigation the defendant was sentenced to 1 year and 10 months imprisonment.
