Simon Jackson KC speaks on Lion Steel & Corporate Manslaughter at the Royal College of Surgeons on 16.05.13

Simon Jackson KC spoke together with Mr Justice Turner on the lessons to be learned from the Lion Steel corporate manslaughter case.

The event was hosted by Capita Symonds at the Royal College of Surgeons in London on 16.05.13 and was well attended.

Mr Jackson prosecuted the Lion Steel case. The theme of his talk centred on the practical and legal issues concerning post April 2008 fatal accidents involving pre April 2008 relevant facts as well as the criminal liability of individual company directors.
