Tom Gilbart Succeeds in Striking Out Discrimination Claims Against College

Tom Gilbart, acting on behalf of a large educational college, has succeeded in having a wide-ranging claim struck out in its entirety.

The claim - which included allegations of race discrimination; discrimination on the basis of part time status and various contract claims – was wholly struck out at an adjourned preliminary hearing.
