Tom Gilbart Succeeds in Striking Out Discrimination Claims Against College

Tom Gilbart, acting on behalf of a large educational college, has succeeded in having a wide-ranging claim struck out in its entirety.

The claim - which included allegations of race discrimination; discrimination on the basis of part time status and various contract claims – was wholly struck out at an adjourned preliminary hearing.

Mr Gilbart appears on behalf of respondents and claimants in all areas of employment law and his Employment CV can be found here.
