Tom Gilbart and Rachael Levene on Family Rights

Tom Gilbart and Rachael Levene have delivered a series of talks on family rights and the Children and Families Act 2014.

The talks – which were delivered to a number of national solicitors firms and the Trade Union USDAW – highlighted issues arising from the Shared Parental Leave provisions; the extension of flexible working rights and pregnancy/maternity discrimination.

Ms Levene and Mr Gilbart appear for both Claimants and Respondents in all areas of employment law and can be contacted through chambers.
