Chambers Administration Assistant 9 St John Street Chambers

Salary: up to £24k per annum, 35 hours per week plus benefits

9 St John Street Chambers is seeking to recruit for a Chambers Administration Assistant.

The primary aim of this role is to provide comprehensive and proactive administrative support to the Chambers Manager, by assisting as directed with facilities, finance and general administrative duties.

This a varied and wide-ranging role, those applying should demonstrate:-

  • An ability to deal with conflicting priorities and be capable of multitasking multiple administrative duties.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively both in person and electronically.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A positive attitude, showing initiative and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organisational capabilities.
