Criminal Clerk – Team Leader 9 St John Street Chambers


Overview

9 St. John Street Chambers has a vacancy for an experienced clerk.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead our established and busy junior criminal clerking team where the primary responsibilities will be to facilitate the smooth running of the daily criminal team diary and assist the Senior Criminal Clerk with the marketing and practice development of its members.

Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure are essential qualities. Experience of working in a Barristers Chambers is essential.

Junior Barristers Clerk 9 St John Street Chambers


Overview

9 St. John Street Chambers has a vacancy for a Junior to assist the Criminal and Family Clerks. 

The successful candidate will join our established and busy Crime and Family clerking teams where the primary responsibilities will be to support both teams in a range of general office duties. 

This is a busy and demanding role for which excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure are essential qualities. Whilst experience of working in a Barristers Chambers would be preferable, training will be provided.

A minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above is preferred.
