9 St John Street Charity Golf Day

Despite atrocious weather the annual charity golf day proved a great success. As usual, our venue was Bolton Golf Club. The course was in immaculate condition and held up well in the rain. The overall winners of the event were the team from Stephenson’s Solicitors comprising of Colin Rawson, Martyn Walsh, Glen Wrigley and Mark Bowden. The runners up were the team led by Christopher Kennedy QC comprising of Sir Paul Kennedy, David Spencer and Emmett Quigley both of Berrymans Lace Mawer.

The individual prizes consisted of the longest drive won by David Woolridge (presented with a trophy and Titleist Driver by Robert McCloud of Prime Legal Costs and the nearest the pin prize was won by Simon Drugan of Quality Solicitors Turner Law (presented with a Wilson Putter by Soyab Patel of KLS Law

Special thanks has to go to our main sponsor Shaun Beavis of PST -  who provided £250 of American Golf Vouchers for the raffle prize and also Freeman Fisher Solicitors -  for providing a complimentary four-ball at The Worsley Marriott Golf Club.
