9SJS welcomes three new pupils!

9SJS warmly welcomes Emily Bonass, Jolene Charalambous and Natasha Otero to Chambers. All three have just started their pupillage within the last week and we look forward to watching them become the part of the next generation of Barristers on the Northern Circuit.

Emily with be specialising in Personal Injury with Jolene and Natasha both specialising in Employment.

New rule update: Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, SI 2024/1155

From 6th January 2025 the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, SI 2024/1155 will come into effect. This replaces the rules of procedure already contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) regulations 2013.
