Employment Team Recruitment

The Employment Group at 9 St John Street has an “outstanding calibre of counsel”, with members consistently achieving the highest rankings in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. We are renowned as one of the leading employment sets in the country and the team is regarded as the leading employment law team on the Northern Circuit, clerked by a "continually fantastic" clerking team.

Due to an upsurge in work which we need to service to our usual exceptional standards, we are currently seeking to augment the Group with exceptional and forward-thinking practitioners, who have the drive to develop and maintain a leading employment practice. We are interested in applicants from all levels of call.

Applicants will need to show that they are aligned with 9 St John Street’s ethos as a traditional yet commercial set, with high standards of advocacy and advice.

Please apply by email with CV and covering letter to Rachel Swift at rachel.swift@9sjs.com.

Closing date for applications – 25 June 2021.

All applications will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.
