Former member, Cath Cundy, gives talk to the Inquest and Public Inquiries Team on disclosure in the coroners court

9 St John Street’s Inquest and Public Inquiries Team were delighted to welcome back to chambers Area Coroner for North Yorkshire and York, Cath Cundy, who gave a brilliant talk on the subject of IP’s duties of disclosure in the Coroner’s Court.

This was followed by a Q&A session which provided an update on Prevention of Future Death reports and the ever evolving case law on the application of ECHR Article 2 and patients within the mental health care service.

The team are looking forward to further such events and always welcome requests to provide seminars and training in this area.
