Matthew Snarr secures approval of £3,300,000.00 settlement sum (net of liability) for a young man who suffered a moderately severe traumatic brain injury

On 26 February 2024 Matthew Snarr represented the Claimant at a High Court approval hearing at which the Court approved the settlement sum of £3,300,000.00 representing 60% of the value of the claim on a full liability basis (£5,500,000.00 on a 100% basis) due to a reduction for contributory negligence.

Matthew was instructed from the outset of proceedings by Kate Venn and Bethany Passmore-Bailey at Irwin Mitchell Solicitors (Sheffield).
