Tom Gilbart Appears in Article 2 Inquest

Tom Gilbart represented a care organisation in a recent inquest which attracted national news coverage.

The Article 2 inquest – heard by a jury – involved extensive medical evidence and resulted in a conclusion that Manchester Royal Infirmary had neglected the deceased and that the failings of the MRI had contributed to his death.
