Tom Gilbart Succeeds in Striking Out Discrimination Claims against NHS Trust

Mr Gilbart has succeeded in an application to strike out claims of disability discrimination brought against a major NHS Trust.

Having heard written and oral submissions at a Preliminary Hearing, the Employment Judge sitting at Manchester Employment Tribunal concluded that “the interests of justice could only be satisfied by striking out the complaints of discrimination”.
