We are seeking applicants for a Clerking Administration Assistant

The role involves providing a variety of administrative assistance to the clerks in 3 Civil Teams (Personal Injury, Employment and Commercial). Duties include entry of new cases onto our case management system, downloading briefs and supporting docs from emails, running and distributing outstanding fee reports, checking availability and chasing existing longstanding diary bookings, assisting with internal and external events.

The successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills and strict attention to detail. In addition they must be trustworthy, reliable and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, whilst demonstrating initiative.
