Zimran Samuel appointed a Visiting Scholar

Zimran Samuel has been appointed a Visiting Scholar at the Centre for Family  Research at the University of Cambridge. Zimran will be conducting research on the adoption experiences of gay and lesbian couples in England and Wales. 

He continues to practice full time at 9 St John Street specialising in Children Law.

New rule update: Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, SI 2024/1155

From 6th January 2025 the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, SI 2024/1155 will come into effect. This replaces the rules of procedure already contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) regulations 2013.
