Nigel Grundy successfully defends 66 allegations of disability related harassment on behalf of an NHS Trust

The case concerned 66 serious allegations of disability related harassment involving a number of NHS staff spread over 3 years.

Each allegation was defeated after careful analysis of the facts and the law. The approach taken by the NHS Trust was approved and vindicated.
